Steve, I'm happy to report that Mother has adjusted very quickly to her new apartment and surroundings.  Much to my suprise, she is doing way better there than she was doing in her own home.  I think being around others her age, with the opportunity to get involved in activities that she enjoys, has helped her attitude and outlook tremendously!  I only wish I had insisted on this move much sooner.  Now, even she wonders why she was dragging her feet for so long.  Thanks for all of your help.   Phillip C
